Once you own several wormeries, memory stops being a management system. Give every bin a clear name or number. Record its purpose, species, start date, last major change and next planned action.

Use a simple status such as Settling, Active, Catch-up, Harvesting, Breeding or Resting. A glance should tell you whether a bin needs food or needs to be left alone.

Stagger major jobs. If every system is set up on the same day, they may all need harvesting, bedding and seasonal adjustment together. Rotation spreads the workload and protects output.
